"Come and See"

Travel that will transform you

Welcome to My Biblical Journeys

Philip found Nathanael and told him, “We have found the one Moses wrote about in the Law, and about whom the prophets also wrote—Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph.” “Nazareth! Can anything good come from there?” Nathanael asked. “Come and see,” said Philip. (John 1: 45-46)

Two disciples of John the Baptist, upon being asked by Jesus, “What do you want?”, inquired of Jesus where He was staying, to which He replied, “Come and see”. They came and they saw. One of them was Andrew, who, after spending a day with Jesus, fetched his brother, Simon Peter. Later, Philip, who also answered the invitation to “come and see”, went to Nathanael to convince him that the Messiah has come. When Nathanael skeptically replied, “Can anything good come out of Nazareth?”, Philip responded, “Come and see”.

My Biblical Journeys echoes the invitation to “Come and See” where the Old Testament prophets foretold the coming of the Messiah, where the Savior of the world walked and Atoned for mankind, and where God is still at work today.   Over the past decade, a record number of Americans have visited the land of the Bible.  They “came and saw” and they returned home more committed to their discipleship of Jesus.  They have, like Andrew and Philip, shared their witness with their friends and loved ones back home.  They are infused with a greater understanding of the Bible text and context, greater excitement, greater light, and a greater conversion within their families and their faith communities.

At My Biblical Journeys, we strive to offer spiritually based group travel that is true to our faith and biblical heritage. From our program consultants to our operations team, our in-house flight specialists to our expert guides, the focus of every journey we plan is the Christian fellowship and spiritual experience of our faith partners. Our attention to detail allows you, as the group leader, the chance to absorb the experience while educating your group, never having to deal with the business end of your travel (hotel check-in/out, finding restaurants, booking visits, translating or logistics).

If you are looking for a Bible-based pilgrimage to Israel, Jordan, Egypt or Greece, we are here to help. We offer other tour programs throughout Europe to help you expand on religious topics such as the Reformation and Celtic Christianity. Through our Program Consultants, you will find a knowledge base of both church and destination. We work with you to build a pilgrimage itinerary that meets your needs, as custom designed as you require.

So feel free to explore this web-page for a sampling of what we have to offer. If you have an idea or are seeking a destination that you don’t see here, please contact us and we will work with you to develop exactly what you are looking for to enhance the faith journeys of your community.

About Our Team

Our team of pilgrimage consultants includes a Biblical Program Specialist to help guide you through your planning and traveling experience. We also maintain many close relationships with many pastors and church staff members from across the country who have worked with us and who are great resources for developing and maintaining a culture of pilgrimage to complement your formation offerings.

My Biblical Journeys to the Holy Land

My Biblical Journeys helps you to echo the invitation to “Come and See” to your community. From Bethlehem to Nazareth, from Capernaum to Jerusalem, you will be able to walk in the footsteps of Christ. If pilgrimage is truly at the heart of our faith, then visiting Israel should make our hearts beat with even more fervor and excitement.

My Biblical Journeys to Jordan & Petra

From the Exodus of the Israelites to Mt. Nebo, where Moses was able to glimpse the Promised Land, a journey into Jordan will allow you and your faith community to connect with the Old Testament foundations of our faith. Continuing on, your group will approach the city of Petra (also known as Sela), through the Siq and travel to the great sandstone Treasury (one of the most recognizable structures of the ancient world).

My Biblical Journeys to Egypt

If you are already going to the Holy Land, why not consider a trip into Old Testament history?  Egypt has long been a destination for people interested in the history and journey of Abraham and the Israelites.

My Biblical Journeys to Greece & Turkey

A spiritual journey to Greece is a great way for any church to start or complete a study of the letters of the Apostle Paul. Visit the actual sites of the earliest Christian Churches can open up new areas for growth and Christian formation. To visit Corinth and Thessaloniki after walking the streets of Athens can bring perspective and understanding to our Bible study or sermon series.

Other Destinations

At My Biblical Journeys, we know that there are many religious sites around the world that you feel called to visit. That’s why we have a large number of other itineraries, not shown on this webpage, which you may like to explore. And, as always, we are happy to customize current selections or research and explore new destinations based on your interests.

Faith Journey understands what makes a tour to Israel so special. Their work with teams, attention to detail, desire for excellence, and connection from beginning to end made our time in the Holy Land all that we hoped it would be.
